The qualifying examination for the stipend scheme run by the central and state government for the students of class VIII will be held on January 16. For this, online on the education department’s portal www.epunjabscschool.gov.in. The form filling will continue till 6th December. It is the duty of the schools to register. Students only have to express their desire, the form is available online.
The full name of this scholarship scheme is National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship. Which merit holder students get. Its quota is decided by Delhi. Those who want to get benefits from Punjab are now going to take part in the entrance exam. The basic qualification of those who take advantage of this is that in the 7th class, 55 percent marks are fixed on their reserve farm category. The marks of reserved category students are fixed at least 50 percent.
Students of government, government-aided and local body schools can take advantage of this.
