Online Courses: IIT Ropar launches online course in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, 12th pass candidates can apply
Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Ropar has started an online course in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence. 12th pass candidates can apply for this course. This course has been jointly launched by the institute in association with Punjab Skill Development Mission (PSDM), Government of Punjab. Students pursuing this course must pass an online A-DSAT exam.
Two courses will be started
Two courses are being offered by IIT Ropar under Free Online Data Science and Artificial Intelligence Course. The first course is the L-2 course, which will be of four 4-week durations. At the same time, the second course, L-3, will be of 12 weeks duration. For admission to the short duration L-2 course, candidates need to pass an online A-DSAT test to be conducted by the institute. At the same time, only those students who successfully complete the L-2 course will be given admission in the L-3 course.

Interested candidates for admission in these courses can apply through the admission portal iitrpr.ac.in/aiupskilling/index.html. Through the portal, candidates can register for the Advanced Data Science Aptitude Test (A-DSAT). The A-DSAT will be conducted in the first week of July 2021. The exam date, time and link will be emailed to all the registered candidates for the exam. A-DSAT will be multiple choice questions based. On successful completion of the test, the candidates will be given admission in L-2 course.
