NTA CUCET 2021: Applications open for admission to Integrated UG and PG courses in 12 central universities
NTA CUCET 2021 The National Testing Agency (NTA) has started the applications for the Central University-Joint Entrance Test (CU-CET) 2021 to be conducted for admission to Integrated Under-Graduate Courses and Post-Graduate Courses in 12 Central Universities of the country.
NTA CUCET 2021: According to the academic calendar released by the University Grants Commission (UGC) for the academic year 2021-22, instructions have been given to complete the process of admission to UG and PG courses by 30 September and start classes from 1 October. In this sequence, while the application process is going on for admission in universities and other higher education institutions across the country, on the other hand, the National Examination Agency (NTA) has admitted to the Integrated Under-Graduate Courses and Post-Graduate Courses in 12 Central Universities of the country. The process for the same has started from Monday, 16 August 2021. Admission to the integrated UG and PG courses conducted in these central universities in the session 2021-22 will be done through the Central University-Joint Entrance Test (CU-CET) 2021.
NTA CUCET 2021: Applications open for admission to Integrated UG and PG courses in 12 central universities
As per the CU CET 2021 notice issued by NTA, the universities in which admission is to be done through this exam are
Assam University Silchar, Central University Andhra Pradesh, Central University Gujarat, Central University Haryana, Central University Jammu, Central University Jharkhand, Central University Karnataka, Central University Kerala, Central University Punjab, Central University Rajasthan, Central University South Bihar and Central University Tamil Nadu.
Apply by 1st September
Candidates seeking admission to Integrated UG and PG courses in these Central Universities can apply through the online application form made available on NTA’s CUCET portal, cucet.nta.nic.in. The application process has started from 16 August and the last date is 1 September 2021. After this, the candidates will be able to pay the prescribed examination fee till September 2.
CUCET 15th to 24th September
As per the schedule for CUCET released by NTA, the exam will be conducted on 15, 16, 23, and 24 September 2021. The exam will be of 120 minutes duration and will be conducted in LAN-based CBT (Computer Based Test) mode. Objective-type multiple choice questions will be asked in the exam.
