CBSE 2024: Class 12 Sample Papers in Science Subjects Ready for Download
CBSE Board 2024 Download Sample Papers for Class 12 Science Subjects: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will kick off the Class 10 and 12 board exams for 2024 on February 15. They’ve asked all exam-administering organizations to align their timetables with the CBSE Board exam dates for 2024.
Class 12 students registered for the upcoming annual exam can fetch the sample papers from CBSE’s official website: cbseacademic.nic.in.
For CBSE Class 12 science students, the exams in chemistry, biology, and physics are essential. They must score at least 33% on each paper to pass. Each of these three theoretical exams carries a weightage of 70 marks and students get three hours to complete them.
Pattern for CBSE Board 2024 Class 12 Science Paper:
Students can visit the CBSE Academic official sites, cbseacademic.nic.in or cbse.gov.in, to download the sample question papers for the Class 12 science subjects.
The exam paper will comprise 33 questions, all of which need answering. While there’s no option to choose questions overall, internal choices exist for the three questions in Section E and for questions in Sections B, C, D, and CBQ.
CBSE Board 2024: Class 12 Science question paper pattern
Section A: Features 12 MCQs and 4 assertion reasoning questions, each carrying 1 mark.
Section B: Consists of 5 questions, with each having a weightage of two marks.
Section C: Contains 7 questions, each of three marks.
Section D: Presents 2 case study-based questions, each for four marks.
Section E: Offers 3 long answer questions, each worth five marks.
